Anti-wrinkle injections use a prescription-only botulinum toxin, prescribed for you by our resident doctor. They work by temporarily relaxing the specific muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles: the lines that appear when you smile, frown or raise your brows.

Delivered correctly, the result is soft, natural and refreshed, never frozen. Kate's philosophy is conservative: precision-dose first, top up if needed, never the other way around.

Your appointment

All anti-wrinkle treatments at The Skin Lounge begin with a consultation with our resident doctor, who will go through your medical history to make sure the toxin can be administered safely, assess your facial movement and dynamic lines, and explain exactly what's realistic, and what isn't.

If we all decide to proceed, your treatment is scheduled from 48 hours later, allowing time for your prescription to be delivered to the clinic. The appointment itself takes 10–15 minutes. You'll start to notice softening from day 3, with full results visible by day 14. We always book a complimentary 2-week review to check the result and top up if needed.
